1. Zero tolerance
BeeChat strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, trafficking, sexual solicitation involving minors, and attempts to create, obtain, distribute, advertise, or facilitate such material or conduct.
2. Age and appropriate use
BeeChat is not directed to children below the minimum digital-consent age that applies where they live. Users must be legally able to accept the Terms of Service. Adults must never use BeeChat to sexualize, exploit, groom, or endanger a minor.
3. Reporting a concern
Report suspected CSAE, grooming, sextortion, or an endangered child using the in-app reporting control where available, or email our designated safety contact at security@beeorbit.net. Include the username, group or conversation context, approximate time, and only the evidence necessary to investigate. Do not forward or redistribute suspected CSAM. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
4. Our response
We prioritize child-safety reports, preserve only the information reasonably necessary, restrict or permanently ban accounts and groups where appropriate, and take steps to prevent repeat abuse. End-to-end encryption means BeeOrbit cannot routinely inspect supported conversation plaintext; users may voluntarily provide relevant evidence when reporting.
5. Reporting to authorities
When we become aware of apparent CSAM or child exploitation, we take action consistent with applicable law, including reporting to the legally designated child-safety organization or law-enforcement authority, preserving required records, and responding to valid legal requests.
6. Safety contact
