By creating an account or using BeeChat, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be legally able to accept these Terms and meet any minimum age requirement that applies where you live. You are responsible for accurate registration information, protecting your credentials, and activity on your account.
3. Acceptable use
You must follow the BeeChat Community Guidelines. You may not use BeeChat to violate law, exploit or harm others, distribute child sexual abuse material, harass or threaten people, distribute malware, commit fraud, interfere with the service, evade security controls, send abusive automated traffic, or access accounts and data without authorization.
4. Your content
You retain rights in content you send. You grant BeeChat the limited rights necessary to transmit, store in encrypted form where supported, and deliver that content as part of the service.
5. Privacy and security
BeeChat uses technical measures intended to protect communications, including end-to-end encryption for supported conversations. No system can guarantee absolute security, and you remain responsible for device security and recovery information.
6. Availability and changes
BeeChat may change, suspend, or discontinue features, especially during beta releases. We work to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
7. Account suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate accounts used for abuse, security attacks, unlawful activity, or material violations of these Terms. You may request deletion through the app or the web deletion page.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, beta services are provided without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We may update these Terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
