1. These rules apply to everyone
By creating an account or using BeeChat, you agree to follow these Guidelines and the Terms of Service. They apply to messages, profile information, usernames, avatars, files, friend requests, groups, invitations, and interactions with support.
2. Prohibited content and behavior
- Child sexual abuse or exploitation, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or any sexualization of minors.
- Credible threats, targeted harassment, stalking, bullying, hate, or encouragement of violence or self-harm.
- Non-consensual intimate content, sexual exploitation, or sharing private information without permission.
- Fraud, impersonation, phishing, scams, spam, malware, credential theft, or coordinated abuse.
- Illegal goods or services, terrorism, human trafficking, or instructions that facilitate serious wrongdoing.
- Unauthorized access, security attacks, disruption of the service, scraping, or evasion of enforcement controls.
- Intellectual-property infringement or deceptive use of another person’s identity or content.
3. Blocking and reporting
BeeChat lets users block a contact from the contact profile and review blocked contacts in Settings. To report a user, group, message, or safety concern, use the reporting control where it is available or email security@beeorbit.net. Include the relevant username, approximate time, and a concise description. Because supported conversations are end-to-end encrypted, BeeOrbit cannot routinely read message plaintext; attach only the evidence you choose to provide and redact unrelated private information.
If someone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
4. How BeeChat responds
We assess reports using the information reasonably available to us. Depending on severity, context, history, and applicable law, actions may include a warning, feature restriction, group restriction, temporary suspension, permanent account ban, preservation of limited evidence, or referral to the appropriate authorities. We may act immediately where safety or service integrity is at risk.
5. Appeals and good-faith reports
To appeal an account or group action, email support@beeorbit.net with the affected username and the action being appealed. Do not knowingly submit false, retaliatory, or manipulated reports.
